New coffee sensation alert! My cinnamon vanilla coconut cream cold crew. A healthier and extra delicious version of the infamous sweet cream cold brew!

Cinnamon Vanilla Coconut Cream Cold Brew
I’m so excited to introduce my Cinnamon Vanilla Coconut Cream Cold Brew. A delicious, sweet and velvety dairy-free and plant-based cream on top of your fav cold brew.
The luscious coconut cream is flavored with vanilla and cinnamon and perfectly sweetened with Whole Earth Sweetener Stevia and Monk Fruit Plant-Based Sweetener.
It’s just like the popular Starbucks sweet cream cold brew but easily made at home and much healthier! Once you make this, you will never want another version again (it’s that good!)

Ingredients
This whipped topping only takes a few simple and wholesome ingredients to make:
- coconut cream, you can buy coconut cream in a can (or place a can of coconut milk in the fridge overnight and scoop out the solid part on top). It’s creates a creamy, light, and coconut flavored cream topping. Plus, it’s naturally dairy-free.
- cinnamon and vanilla, I flavored this with two of my favs: cinnamon and vanilla. It gives it a warm & sweet flavor that pairs well with the coconut. But if these flavor’s don’t sing to you, you can flavor it however you like! Try another spice, like nutmeg, opt for just vanilla, or even add an unexpected flavor like mocha or maple!
- dairy-free milk, just a touch helps smooth out the cream and create the perfect consistency.
- Whole Earth Sweetener stevia & monk fruit blend, makes it perfectly sweet while keeping it sugar-free but still delicious.
- cold brew, the luscious, velvety sweet cream tops a smooth, rich cup of cold brew. It creates a creamy, slightly sweet and fun coffee drink experience. Get my guide to making your own cold brew at home HERE.

How to make the coconut cream cold brew?
It couldn’t be easier! Simply add the coconut cream, vanilla, cinnamon, and Whole Earth sweetener (1/2 teaspoon to start), and 1 tablespoon almond milk to a blender (or you can use a bowl and whisk). Blend until smooth and creamy (or whisk). If a bit too thick and not blending or mixing well, add the other tablespoon of almond milk. Also, taste and add more sweetness or cinnamon, if desired.
If desired, strain the mixture through a sieve so no lumps are present (coconut cream can be a bit grainy so this helps create a smooth and creamy topping).
Pour cold brew into 2 glasses. Top with the sweet coconut cream. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
Serve and enjoy!

How is it healthier?
YES! This is a much lighter version than what you buy at Starbucks. For one, I only use wholesome, clean, and natural ingredients. The real coconut cream keep it dairy-free but still extra creamy and delicious. It’s flavored with real vanilla and a touch of cinnamon. Plus, it sweetened with only a touch of Whole Earth’s stevia and monk fruit blend, a clean, plant-based sweetener.

more about Whole Earth Sweetener
Whole Earth Sweetener Co. is my favorite sweetener company. They create delicious, plant-based sweeteners while using natural ingredients that meet their specific natural standard.
They also have a wide range of products. Some favs are their liquid stevia and monk fruit sweeteners, which are perfect for adding to coffee or tea. Their stevia and monk fruit granulated sweetener blend, which is what I used in this recipe and perfect for sweetening anything from smoothie, drinks, to oatmeal. Plus, alternative sweeteners, like their Allulose blend, erythyritol, and monk fruit blend, which are perfect for baking.
Their sweeteners allow me to have my cake and eat it too! Seriously – check out my luscious sugar-free carrot cake made with their allulose blend. If you haven’t tried their products, you seriously need to ASAP!
