
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium-high heat. Add the chunk of ground beef and cook 3 minutes per side or until each side is golden brown and slightly charred. Break up the ground beef and cook until no longer pink in the middle. Add in worcestershire sauce and spices and mix until well-incorporated. Remove the meat from the pan and wipe the pan clean.
For the spicy ranch, combine the Greek yogurt ranch and buffalo sauce and mix until well-incoporated.
To each toasted whole wheat tortilla, add a scoop of ground beef and a generous portion of sautéed peppers and onions. Top with slices of avocado, lime juice, and cilantro. Finally, finish with drizzle of spicy ranch.
