Ingredients
Salad
1poundBrussel sproutsshredded
1/3cupdried cranberries
1/2cupchopped pecans
4-5slicesbaconcooked and chopped
3-4large datespitted and chopped
Half a small red onionthinly sliced
1medium to large pearthinly sliced
1/2cupfeta cheese
Dressing
2tablespoonsapple cider vinegar
1 1/2tablespoonspure maple syrup
A couple dashes of Worcestershire sauce
1/2teaspoongarlic salt
1/4cupolive oil
Instructions
To make the dressing, whisk together all the dressing ingredients in bowl or shake together in a salad dressing shaker or small mason jar.
Place the shaved brussel sprouts in a large salad bowl. Top with other salad ingredients, except feta cheese. Add in desired amount of dressing and gently toss. Allow the salad to rest for 5-10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together and the Brussels to soften.
