Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

The pumpkin pie smoothie is packed with nutritious ingredients, sugar-free, and vegan but tastes like a creamy, spiced filled slice of pumpkin pie!

Servings 1 smoothie


  • 1 banana chopped and frozen
  • 3 frozen pumpkin cubes see note, about 1/3 cup
  • 1 ¼ cup almond milk plus more as needed
  • ½ teaspoon Whole Earth Sweetener monk fruit stevia blend more or less to taste
  • 1-2 drops maple extract optional
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice plus more for topping
  • coconut whipped cream for topping


  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. If too thick, add 1/4 cup more milk and blend till smooth.
  2. Top with coconut whipped cream and a pinch of pumpkin pie slice.

  3. Add straw. Enjoy!

Add pumpkin puree to square 1.25-inch silicon ice cube molds and freeze.
