A delicious, easy, flavor-packed and super creamy dip perfect for entertaining! No one will know it's lightened up with a few secret ingredients!
In a food processor, add the feta, cream cheese, and Greek yogurt and blend until well-combined, but still a but chunky. Add the olive oil and lemon juice and blend until smooth and creamy, this may take 2-3 minutes.
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Top with hot honey, olive oil, fresh cracked pepper and fresh thyme sprigs.
Serve with pita ands crackers (see note). Enjoy!
