Strawberry Banana Smoothie Bowl

This delicious smoothie bowl is a delicious, nutritious, creamy, dreamy breakfast treat!

Ingredients

  • 1 large banana chopped a frozen
  • 1/2 cup ripe chopped strawberries, frozen
  • 1-2 tablespoon milk
  • Sweetener of choice optional

Toppings

  • Toasted coconut
  • Fresh fruit
  • Granola
  • Almond butter

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add the frozen banana and strawberries. Blend until it creates a pebble-like consistency. Add 1/2 tablespoon of milk and sweetener and continue to blend. If not blending well, add 1/2 tablespoon more at a time until it creates a soft serve like consistency (be careful not to add too much milk or it’ll become to runny).
  2. Pour smoothie into bowl and top with fruit, coconut, and granola.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
