Ingredients
1large bananachopped a frozen
1/2cupripechopped strawberries, frozen
1-2tablespoonmilk
Sweetener of choiceoptional
Toppings
Toasted coconut
Fresh fruit
Granola
Almond butter
Instructions
In a blender, add the frozen banana and strawberries. Blend until it creates a pebble-like consistency. Add 1/2 tablespoon of milk and sweetener and continue to blend. If not blending well, add 1/2 tablespoon more at a time until it creates a soft serve like consistency (be careful not to add too much milk or it’ll become to runny).
Pour smoothie into bowl and top with fruit, coconut, and granola.
