Homemade Taco Seasoning

This healthy homemade taco seasoning is easy and quick, uses wholesome, real ingredients, and perfectly seasons your favorites dishes, like tacos, burritos, and more!

Prep Time 5 minutes


  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons garlic
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder or dried onion flakes
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon hot paprika or cayenne depending on spice level preference
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried coriander optional


  1. In a bowl, mix all of the spices together.
  2. Store in an air tight container.

Recipe Notes

Reduce or eliminate any spices you don't like or have on hand.
