Holiday Fruit and Nut Dark Chocolate Bark

This Holiday bark is made with luscious dark chocolate, juicy and tart dried cranberries, and salty and crunchy peanuts. It’s an easy and festive holiday treat and makes the perfect homemade gift!

  • 2 cups dark chocolate chips I used Enjoy Life
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup salted peanuts
  • Flaky sea salt for topping optional


  1. In a microwave safe bowl, microwave the dark chocolate chips on 50% power, in intervals of 30 seconds, stirring between each interval, until it is fully melted.

  2. Spread the melted dark chocolate out onto a parchment lined baking sheet so it covers most of the baking sheet and it about 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Sprinkle on the dried cranberries and peanuts (and flaky se salt if using).

  4. Place in fridge for about 2 hours or until chocolate hardens.

  5. Once chocolate is set, remove from fridge and break into pieces.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
