Paleo Caramel Cinnamon Creamer

A delicious guilt free way to spice up your morning coffee.

Ingredients

  • 1 can coconut milk I used light
  • 1/2 cup almond or cashew milk
  • 2 dates
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup optional
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup Chameleon Cold Brew

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth.

  2. Strain the mixture with a sieve to get rid of any date pieces. 

  3. Pour into an airtight container. 

  4. Pour desired amount of cold brew into a glass of ice. Add desired amount of creamer. Enjoy!
