Tropical Sunshine Smoothie

A refreshing, bight tropical smoothie that contains no added sugar and is Whole30 compliant. 

Prep Time 5 minutes
Servings 1 serving


  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup mix of frozen pineapple and mango
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 lime wedge for garnish


  1. Place all of the ingredients in a high-powered blender. Blend until smooth. Add extra milk until reach desired consistency.

  2. Pour into glass. Garnish with lime wedge. Squeeze lime juice into smoothie before drinking. 

  3. Drink and enjoy!
