Ingredients
1 1/2cupquick oats
2tablespoonsunsweetened shredded coconut
1 1/2tablespoonschia seeds
1/3cupunreal chocolate candies
1/3cupmini chocolate chipsI used enjoy life or Lily's
1/4teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspooncinnamon
1/2cupnatural peanut butter
2tablespoonscoconut oil
1/3cup honey
2teaspoonsvanilla
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients, quick oats through cinnamon.
In a separate small bowl, add the peanut butter, honey, and coconut oil and microwave until coconut oil is melted, about 30 seconds. Stir until smooth. Add in vanilla.
Pour the peanut butter mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until well-combined.
Using a small cookie scoop or measuring spoon, divide the mix and form into balls.
Place in freezer for 10-15 minutes to set.
