Blackberry Bacon Spinach Salad

A delicious, wholesome salad featuring spinach, blackberries, bacon, goat cheese, dried cranberries, and candied pecans with a creamy tahini balsamic dressing.

  • 1 5 oz bag spinach about 4-5 cups
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1/3 cup crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 cup goat cheese
  • 2 tablespoons candied walnuts more or less to taste
  • 2 tablespoons dried cranberries more or less to taste


  • ΒΌ cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. Dijon
  • Dashes Worcestershire
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder, optional
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Splash water to thin it out
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a large serving bowl, add the spinach. Top with the remaining ingredients.
  2. For the dressing, mix together the tahini through olive oil until smooth. Add a little water to thin it out. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Before serving, dress the salad with desired amount of dressing.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
