Tropical Bliss Balls

These tropical bliss balls are easy to make, addictively delicious, packed full of superfood ingredients, and bursting with tropical flavors that will transport you right to warmer, sunnier days!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup roasted unsalted cashews
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup cashew butter
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/3 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/3 cup chopped dried mango
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • More coconut for coating

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, add all of the ingredients and process until everything is well-combined and it forms a wet sandy mixture.
  2. Use an ice cream scoop or spoon to evenly divide the mixture into balls.
  3. Roll in extra coconut.
  4. Place in fridge and allow to set for at least an hour.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
